Meet our Coaching Staff

Nicole Rumaker.

Nicole is native to St. Mary’s County (SMC) and started cheering here locally with the Park and Rec Pigskin team back in elementary school. She continued cheering throughout high school and joined the local competitive all-star team, Cheer-n-Gym X. It was there under the competitive all-star team that she began her love of coaching. She taught tumbling throughout high school in the tri-county area. After high school she studied at the University of Arizona and began coaching gymnastics at My Gym in Tucson, Arizona. After her stint in Arizona, Nicole moved to Telluride, Colorado where she coached the high school cheerleading team while also coaching CrossFit and tumbling at the local gymnastics center. Nicole returned to SMC to be closer with family, where she continued her passion in coaching. Her love for cheer and tumbling can be felt the moment you meet her. In her spare time she volunteers to coach for her daughters Mechanicsville Braves cheerleading team. She strives to help each athlete grow both physically and mentally while making each class exciting and fun.
