NEW VHSL PHYSICAL FORMS FOR 2010-2011


The Virginia High School League has put out a new physical form to start for the 2010-2011seasons. All athletes looking to participate in any sports must have this new physical on file in the activities office ito participate this school year. Physicals are valid for one year (May 1 to June 30). If you are getting a phsyical for the 09-10 school year, MAKE SURE IT IS COMPLETED AFTER MAY 1, 2010. You may access a copy of the new physical form in our files section or pick one up in the main office.
